Reopened in April 2021, this old-style locals' pub has been transformed with an emphasis on quality cask ales. There is a single bar accessed directly from Mill St, and a large outside drinking area at the rear. There are two other pubs in the immediate area, both specialising in cask ales, making Low Town an area not to be missed by the real ale connoisseur.
