The Down Inn is a traditional coaching Inn dating back to 1879, set in the Shropshire hills on the B4364 3 miles from historic Bridgnorth. Three cask ales sourced from local breweries are always available. The Inn is renowned for its excellent menu and in particular for the carvery twice a day and a traditional pub menu is also on offer. There is an open log fire in winter and 8 high quality letting bedrooms are available. Occasional Live Music is featured, especially during the Bridgnorth Jazz Festival (check Facebook). Large Function Room with own bar available for hire.
